We guarantee our service for seven days. We ask that you notify us within this time frame if you are experiencing any challenges. No additional charges will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand and respect that your time is valuable.  Ours is as well.  Out of respect for our staff and clients, we request you give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE should you need to cancel an appointment. We understand that life happens so at times there will be an acceptable cancellation. We are requesting a CALL made to the salon rather than a text or email in these situations.

• Cancellations or ‘no shows’ made in less than 24 hours will result in a note in the file for the first time.
• The second cancellation or ‘no show’ made in less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge for the service.
• The third time will result in a 100% charge for the service.

We have the right to deny services to those who have repeatedly had cancellations or no shows.
